Dear MINELRES subscribers, 

We are so sorry to announce the next short break in the MINELRES list
activities till the end of March. Incidentally, both Borises will be
away from Riga for these days. It is a pity indeed, for several
interesting pieces have been just submitted... 

We decided not to forward to the list numerous postings related to the
Kosovo crisis - simply because there are lots of other sources on
these tragic events, both Internet and other news channels provide
various information. Thus, this is just to avoid cross-postings.   

However, today we will send to you several postings, probably more
than usually per day. We are sorry for "condensing" information, but
it seems to be an optimal solution under given circumstamces. 

We will be back to you not later than on April 1.
