Dear MINELRES subscribers, 

I am sorry to inform you that there apparently will be again a short
break in the list functioning till March 29. The matter is that the
moderator leaves for the Council of Europe's conference on the
European Charter for Regional and Minority Languages (the subject too
interesting to miss...). I am not sure I will have access to Internet
in Strasbourg (and more important, time to deal with it :-). Please,
feel free to submit your postings, I will forward them to the list as
soon as I am back to Riga.
