Dear All,

Minority Rights Group International (MRG) is a non-governmental
organization (NGO) working to secure rights for ethnic, religious and
linguistic minorities worldwide, and to promote co-operation and
understanding between communities.
MRG and partners share a rights - based approach.
Founded in the 1960', MRG has over 30 years experience of promoting
the rights of marginalized, non-dominant groups within society.

We are looking for Russian language NGOs who might be interested in
receiving our translated Training Manual on International Convention
for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. We would like to send
the Russian language publication to NGOs in Russia, Georgia, Armenia,
Azerbaijan, Belarus as well as Russian minority NGOs in the Baltics
and Central Asia.

If you are an organization for whom it might be the manual useful on
