Ethnic Russian religious sect seeks Swedish asylum

- More than 100 ethnic Russians belonging to a religious sect were
being questioned on Tuesday by Swedish immigration officials after
they landed in Malmo from the Polish port of Swinoujscie.
The 40 adults and 68 children originally from Lithuania, Latvia,
Georgia and Azerbaijan, are seeking asylum in Sweden, but officials
here said they were likely to be sent back to Poland.
