EU Annual HR Forum report


Attached for your info and use, please find the final report on the
first ever EU Annual Human Rights Forum, held in Brussels in Nov.-Dec.
last year, which I have just received. At least concerning WG 3 on
racism and non-discrimination, refer to this version rather than any
hard copy you may come across if you ever want to quote from it, as
the latter unfortunately contains some fundamental inaccuracies, in
particular with regard to the wording concerning draft Protocol No. 12
to the ECHR.
