Dear all,

You will receive no MINELRES postings within the coming two
days, for the moderator leaves for the seminar in Daugavpils
(second biggest Latvia's town with the predominantly non-Latvian
population). I apologise to those who's submissions remain
pending, and also to those whom I haven't managed to reply
to personal messages. I'll do my best to pay all my debts as
soon as possible...
