Minority Rights Group International works to secure rights for ethnic,
religious and linguistic minorities across the world and to promote
cooperation between communities. 

ROMA PROGRAMME COORDINATOR 
c. £ 20,319 pro-rata p.a (P/T 17.5 hrs pw) 

The purpose of the post is to help MRG achieve its aims and objectives
through the effective management of its Roma Programme. Among other
responsibilities, the post holder will be responsible for coordinating
the work of MRG's Roma Programme, and for supporting Consultants and
Roma Programme Assistant(s) in London and/or Budapest. 

The successful candidate will i deally be educated to degree level
with a good knowledge of human rights, including standards relating to
minority communities in general and the Roma in particular. We are
looking for a strong communicator with a broad range for skills with
at least two years experience of project management, advocacy,
training and experience of fundraising. The appointment is part-time
(17.5 hours per week). The initial contract will be for two years,
with a likelihood of renewal .
