Information request: political participation of minorities


To whom it may concern,
 
My name is Niamh Walsh and I am at present a Master student at the
University of Lund, Sweden.  I am writing my thesis on the right to
political participation of National Minorities (looking especially at
eastern Europe and the case of Hungary). I would like to request
information from the discussion group, on my topic.  I would be most
grateful for your assistance on these issues.
