Re: Minority NGOs meeting

Dear Mr. Kamaldinov,

It was interesting to learn that represented at an event named
Minority NGO Meeting were Afghani, Cossac, Crimean Tatar, and,
seemingly, Meskhetian Turk NGOs.

However, it would be of still greater interest to learn whether there
are NGOs in Azerbaijan founded by any indigenous ethnic minorities,
especially, non-Turkic and/or non-Muslim.

It would be also instructive to know what is the current official
usage of the term "Mountain Azeris" and to which ethnic groups it is
in fact applied.

Regards,
