I just received information that the Hungarian Office for National
and Ethnic Minorities (which is part of the Office of the Prime
Minister) has just established its own website. It is:

http://www.meh.hu/nekh

It is working because I have just tried it out, though not everything
in it is fully functioning yet. They have or will have information on
their current work and existing legislation and programs as well as
the situation of minorities in Hungary generally. They are seeking
comments, contacts and new partners. Their e-mail address is:
