Information Exchange Center "For the Sake of Peace in Caucasus" was
founded in September, 1999 year within Azerbaijan Secular Patriotic
Youth Organization http://members.xoom.com/Anar78/.
The aim of Center is to help to the restoration of peace in the
region. We'd like to cooperate with your organization in order to
