New publication: Design and methodology of skills-exchange workshops

Minority Rights Group International recently published "Ideas for
change: Issues in the design and methodology of skills-exchange
workshops" by Catherine Barnes and Anna-Maria Biro

Between 1996 and 1999, Minority Rights Group International (MRG)
coordinated a programme of minority rights and promote cooperation
between communities in Central and Eastern Europe. MRG worked with
nine partner organisations in Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania and
Slovakia.

The pack "Skills Exchange Workshop Series" includes the four workshop
reports, together with the paper on issues of the design and the
methodology of the skills exchange workshops. MRG hopes that it will
be useful for non-governmental organisations and all minority rights
activists who are working for the effective implementation of minority
rights in the region and beyond.
