Art. 1.
December 18 is declared the Day of the National Minorities from Romania.

Art. 2.
(1) Cultural programs, symposiums, round-table discussions and other programs on specific issues shall be organised on the occasion of the Day of the National Minorities from Romania.
(2) The Department for the Protection of National Minorities and the Ministry of Culture, with the authorities of the local public administration shall grant special financing for the organisation of the programs taking place on this occasion.
