Article 6

(1) The court tries cases in the Macedonian language and it's Cyrillic alphabet.

(2) A person belonging to minority, citizen of the Republic of Macedonia, who, as a party of the case or other participant in the case, does not understand or speak the Macedonian language and it' Cyrillic alphabet, has the right to an interpreter. The expenses for the interpreters fall upon the Republic of Macedonia.

(3) The court is obligated to advise the party of the case, or other participant in the case from paragraph 2 of this article, for the right determined by this paragraph. The president of the council or the judge individual is obligated to record the advisement of the court and the statement of the party of the case, or other participant in the case.
