Article 105

(1) The language of the judicial proceedings is Bulgarian.
(2) When a participant in the proceedings does not know Bulgarian, the court appoints an interpreter. Expenses for the interpreter in the judicial proceedings of general character are covered by the court.

Article 106

The protocols of the proceedings are prepared in Bulgarian but if some phrases or words in a foreign language have a particular meaning for the case, their registration in the protocol could be allowed.
