Germany and Russia submit reports on implementation of the
Framework Convention 


The Council of Europe Secretariat of the Framework Convention for the
Protection of National Minorities is pleased to announce the arrival
of the German and Russian State Reports. Copies of the English
versions may be obtained from the COUNCIL OF EUROPE INFORMATION POINT
point_i@coe.int.
